A MESSAGE FROM RECORDS IMAGING SERVICE REGARDING THE COVID-19 VIRUS:

At Records Imaging Service, prioritizing the health and well being of our staff is of the utmost importance. We will be following all National, State and local mandates that are required to minimize and ultimately eliminate this silent enemy referred to as COVID-19 or Coronavirus (See Stay at Home Order). At the same time, we want our clients to feel confident that they will continue to receive the same level of expert service they have come to know and expect from our team. Here is our plan:

☑   We have a dedicated team of Service Specialists who will be working remotely to fulfill any pending record requests. We have already encountered some providers that have already closed their offices or are working with limited staff as well as limited resources. This, as you can expect, will cause lengthier delays in securing your requested materials.

☑   Any documents that are received in our office will continue to be processed, scanned and uploaded to our Client Portal and you will continue to receive e-mail notifications when records become available. Because most of our clients are also working remotely, we will limit any mailings of hard copies, x-rays,CDs, etc. to only those clients who absolutely need it. All other items will be held in our secure office until further notice.

☑   We will continue to process new orders to the best of our ability. Any subpoenas requiring clerk and/or court signatures will be processed if possible.

As we continue to make modifications to our working environments and adapt on the fly, in some aspects, we will always keep our clients informed. Below are a few e-mails you can use should you have any questions or concerns. These e-mails are being monitored daily and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
